Worksure is a web application designed to revolutionize the way verification processes are approached in various industries. Initially, the platform focuses on applicant-side validation, providing a secure and reliable method for verifying employment-related information. This includes verifying key details such as job titles, employment history, and tenure with previous employers. In the future, Worksure will expand its services to include company-side verification, enabling businesses to verify and authenticate applicant-provided information. The goal of Worksure is to create a trusted, two-way ecosystem where both individuals and companies can confirm the accuracy of employment data, ensuring transparency and credibility in hiring and verification processes.

Eligibility Criteria

To access and use the Worksure platform, you must be a registered company. Only registered companies are eligible to use the services offered by Worksure.

Refund Policy

Worksure operates on a subscription-based payment model. Payments for subscription services are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so in accordance with our cancellation policy, but no refunds will be provided for any amount already paid.

Prohibited Activities

Companies are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using Worksure:

• Providing false or misleading information during verification processes.
• Using data from untrusted or unreliable sources.
• Manipulating or altering any data related to the verification process.

Liability Disclaimer

An independent body will be established to resolve disputes, ensuring data authenticity, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulations. Worksure’s liability is limited to the use of the platform as intended and does not extend to any issues arising from external parties’ misuse or unauthorized access to the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Worksure is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Changes to the Terms

Worksure reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of the Worksure platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your company as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Worksure of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Worksure will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Termination of Access

Worksure reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the platform. Any fees paid by you before the termination are non-refundable.
